#554: Web Share API review

Dan: It is a duplicate of #117 however that was a review from when it was in WICG. It's now in WebApps....
Rossen: We could close this as a dup and move on. Or if they are getting close to a transition along Rec status - then we could view it as a transition review.
Dan: 3rd option - we could ask the requestor what is the delta, if any, between this and where it was in in 2017 when we reviewed it in WICG - and therefore is there any benefit we can provide for the delta?

Dan: it's exactly the model we have been promoting - specs that move through incubation in a CG or WICG and then move to a formal working group for standardization. Also it has multiple implementations see caniuse. This is a success story.
Rossen: Added comment.

Rossen: treating it as delta review
Dan: we said we're fine with the original API in 179.
Rossen: in september we did a review not realising it was already signed off.
Dan: marcos said we should do a delta review
Rossen: PR 137 is a breaking change..
Dan: doesn't seem like we need to comment on that. Check with everyone. [proposed closed]
