Most of the spec is still in pull requests however we are requesting some early feedback on the design.

• open issues in our GitHub repo for each point of feedback (with the v2 label)
• open a single issue in our GitHub repo for the entire review
• leave review feedback as a comment in this issue and @-notify [github usernames]
