Matthew: Unsurprisingly, I'm in support of this charter.

DanA: No substantive changes except for something about registries.

Jeffrey: Symbols registry doesn't seem objectionable.

Matthew: There's a potential conflict with i18n on the symbols.

Jeffrey, after meeting: The Ruby issue was https://github.com/w3c/bp-i18n-specdev/pull/145.

Consensus to resolve as satisfied.
